Buggy service is an electric golf cart service that offers a easy and fast experience at airport. Buggy car service is availiable just at Istanbul Airport

Cancellation and change conditions: reservations may be changed or cancelled without a no-show fee 36 hours before the service period. A 100% no-show fee is charged for cancellations and changes made within 36 hours of the service period.

Cancellation & Date change Policy :
Reservations can be cancelled or changed before 36 hours from service time without no-show fee. 

Cancellations in 36 hours to service time, is applied %100 no-show fee. 

Short Notice : %30 surcharge is applied reservations which made at last 36 hours to service time.

Payment : Payment is made via credit card (Master or Visa – 3D secured payment link). Please note that there will be %4 credit card commision to price.

0-3 years old children are free of charge.3-6 years old children are applied %50 discounted price.

The price varies from airport to airport and depending on the necessary services. In addition, the service provider will decide on the price, Terms and Conditions of the services booked.

Prices will be announced after filling out the reservation inquiry form.

We recommend booking at least 36 hours before your flight, to get all the required formalities completed. However, some services can be booked 3 hours before your flight.

For your arrival and transit flights, your welcome assistant will meet you at the start of arrivals gate or at the end of the air bridge (Depending on the aircraft parking position). For your departure flight, the assistant will welcome you at the Curbside of the Airport.

Indeed, our operation team monitor all incoming flights and ensure our assistants are ready for your arrival.

We are always advising passengers to arrive at least 2 hours before their flight. If you are a frequent flyer, then you probably know better how much time you need.

Chauffeur and Vehicle FAQ

Yes. We are licenced by the public carriage office as a Private Hire operator by Transport for all Turkey.

Yes. We only require 2 hours notice for bookings within London. Please note vehicle are subject to availability.

Yes. Prices are fixed for pre-booked transfers. However, if there are any additional drop-offs, pick-ups or diversions there will be additional charges.

Yes. We ensure the highest standard of maintenance on every car inside and out. Vehicles are cleaned and sanitized before and after each journey.

Every one of our cars is no more than 4 years old which means they each have been put through and meet the very latest vehicle industry safety standard requirements.  And because our cars are top-of-the-range, you can be sure you are travelling in one of the safest cars on the road today.

Yes. We operate 24 hours 7 days a week, all through the year.

Unfortunately not. We require all bookings to be paid for in advance.

Absolutely! You will be sent the drivers details the evening before or 2 hours prior schedule. Our chauffeur(s) will contact you upon arrival at the pick-up point.

%30 short notice surcharge will be applied to the price for reservation in 24 hour.

We suggest booking as early as possible to get the best discount. For online bookings, you can book up to 36 hours before travel. If you need a car sooner, then you need to contact us via email.

Sure. You will receive a full refund if you cancel up to 24 hours before travel.  Unfortunately, you will not get any refund if you cancel 12 hours or less before travel or if there is a no show. 

%4 credit commission will be applied to the price for all kind reservation.
